Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using TaskFlow Staff Manager, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

2. The service

TaskFlow lets managers assign and track maintenance tasks and lets staff record task completion with photo and timestamp verification. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Accounts and roles

Each organization controls its own users. Managers can create, reassign, and delete tasks and manage staff accounts. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

4. Billing

• Up to 3 seats are free and require no payment method.
• Beyond the free tier, the service costs $15 per seat per month, billed through Stripe. Applicable sales tax is added automatically.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data belonging to other organizations, or upload unlawful content. Completion photos must depict the task being verified.

6. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the prior twelve months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
