Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone, role, and the organization you belong to.
• Task records: tasks assigned to you, their status, and the times you start and complete them.
• Completion photos: the photo you capture when marking a task done, used to verify the work.
• Location (GPS): a coarse location stamp recorded at the moment a task is completed, used for verification only.

How long we keep it

• Task records are retained for 1 year.
• Completion photos are stored in secured cloud storage and retained for 12 months (1 year).
• GPS stamps are retained for 90 days, then deleted.

How it is used

Your task records, completion photos, and start/completion timestamps are visible to your manager and used for performance and operations management. GPS stamps are stored for verification and are not displayed to staff.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data or share it with third parties.
• Completion photos are treated as biometric-adjacent imagery: we do not monetize them, in keeping with NYC Local Law 3.
• We use sub-processors only to operate the service (cloud hosting and database). They are contractually bound to protect your data.

Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting your organization’s administrator, who can reach us at the support address provided in your account.
